Lynette Arlene Make Up Artist’s Tip: Why only three colors in pencils? Because ALL of our powder colors can be used as liners wet or dry with a Tapered Angle brush. Why these three colors then? I recommend using these liners on the inside of the eyelid. For a perfect eyeshape enhancement use brown or black liner on the inside corner and outer corner. You will see your eyeshape more defined than ever! These can also be used as Lip Pencils. Same smooth formula.

The Liquid Liners below are  water resistant and will last until you take it off! Very glossy and gorgeous metallics! Beautiful for creating artistic effects for photography shoots. For creating paint on lashes, use Pointed Definer brush.
